Through Bay State’s Health Studies program, you can explore a wide range of career options while building the foundation you need for a future in nursing, pre-med, dentistry, or other healthcare-related fields. You’ll also work closely with professors who are experts in their academic fields, as well as successful practitioners. The Health Studies program is a versatile program where you can take as many general education electives as you want, as well as program electives that will lead to a career path in such areas as Phlebotomy, Medical Office Administration, Laboratory Procedures, and Billing & Coding. The mission of the Health Studies Associate Program at Bay State College is to provide students with a wide range of courses that enables them to explore their academic interests and potential career paths in the healthcare industry. Through a curriculum that provides a foundation in the biological sciences, the Health Studies Program also prepares graduates for additional studies at the Baccalaureate level.
