The mission of the Management program is to educate students in the science of management within an international arena, using critical thinking skills, group dynamics, and research and practical applications through case analysis. At the completion of the program, students will be able to contribute to areas within the field of management, or continue on towards a graduate education. The Management program at Bay State is all about giving you the tools you need to be a successful manager, within a learning environment that’s inspiring and hands-on.

You will not only learn about marketing, finance and international business, but also ethics, economics and human resources. Our program will let you take advantage of all that the business world has to offer-with courses that give you the practical knowledge and skills you need, plus internships that deliver relevant real-world experience.
